We booked a 3 bed which ended up being a 2 bed and a 1 bed lock off which worked perfectly for us. The 2 bed especially was large, light and airy and had all the facilities we needed. Obviously refurbished recently it looked modern and fresh. Liked the pool area and the activities on offer and the staff were all friendly and helped with everything we needed

The location was great, the room was wonderful. They even had dish soap for the kitchen, and pans and dishes available to cook your own food. The bathroom was great with both a freestanding tub and a good sized shower, dual sinks with a large vanity and mirror. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The comfort the staff the location the full stocked kitchen unit the pools activities and amenities etc... absolutely amazing❣️ It was our 40th anniversary and they had brought us champagne and treated us like royalty this Resort is wonderful and the Staff Anna, Leo and Carly Thank you from our hearts You made our Anniversary so Special My husband and I Thank you absolutely love y'all We've been staying here for 20 some years two to three times per year we really enjoy staying at our ... The room is large, clean and beautiful. The system is like a flat, with cleaning on alternate days, but everything was fine. All the equipment was of good quality and was working. The internet was good and the room was quiet. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

From the moment we arrived at the Grande Villas Resort by Hilton Vacation Club, we were impressed. The gardens were imaculately attended to and the place looked like it had just undergone a renovation/repaint etc. Our room (3 bedroom condo) was fantastic, on the ground floor and close to reception. Beds were really comfortable and it was easy to get to and from Disneyworld and Universal Studios. The supermarket was an 5-10 min walk (depending on how hot the the day is :)) and everything was just easy. The pool was lovely and very clean. I just wished we lived closer so we could stay here more often.

Whenever we come to this area of Florida we always stay at Grande Villas. We enjoy the whale pool and all of the activities held there. The aquafitness classes are a great way to start the day ! The food from the deli never disappoints and if you need anything, chances are you can find it at the deli store. All of the employees, especially Al Schick at the front desk, go out of their way to be helpful. The buildings and grounds are very well maintained. All in all it's home away from home, just a great place to stay !

The front desk staff person, Jesus, was incredibly helpful. After a very long flight to Orlando, I checked in early and asked Jesus if there was any possibility for early check-in. Yes, he made it HAPPEN. For that reason alone, I would come back to Hilton.

We were in a two bed apartment and it was very large, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Plenty of activities to amuse the children and clean and pleasant pools and spas. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. We would return again. Jessica at the front desk deserves a special mention for her outstanding service. Thank you.

The location was perfect. Staff was great. Our unit was newly renovated, we were the first to stay in it. There were a few small issues, but they were quickly resolved.

Location and being able to walk to various restaurants. Room was comfortable, modern and spacious. Like being able to have more than one pool to choose from and most important for us as a family was that the pools were heated.
